4 Pork Chops
4 TSPB butter
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chili powder
Trim excess fat from chops
Melt butter in a small bowl
Combine spices in another bowl
Begin to heat your skillet on medium high heat
Get the skillet GOOD AND HOT!
Dip the pork chops into the butter, then rub the spice mixture onto them
Place chops in hot skillet
Cook until blackened, then flip chops
Cook pork chops until they are done (approx 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat and temperature of the skillet)
Tip: If you like heat and garlic, add more pepper and garlic powder than the recipe calls for. We do :)
