Crock Pot Pork Chops with Onions And Mushroom Gravy...

4 pork chops
1 egg, beaten
Garlic , salt & pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 large onion, sliced
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups milk


Dip pork chops in beaten egg, then dredge in flour (season flour with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste).

Brown chops in olive oil over medium heat (both sides)

Place pork chops in slow cooker

Arrange sliced onions over pork chops.

Pour soup and milk over the pork chops and onions.

Cover, and cook on High for 4 to 5 hours or on Low for 8 to 10 hours
 

Tip: This recipe makes a wonderful mushroom gravy. Great with rice or mashed potatoes!
