4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 lemons, juiced or 4-6 TBSP bottled lemon juice
3-4 teaspoons crushed garlic (I always use more :))
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1/3 teaspoon paprika
1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/3 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
Cut 3 slits in each chicken breast to allow marinade to penetrate
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika (and optionals if you're adding them)
Place chicken in a large bowl, pour marinade over chicken, and refrigerate overnight
Preheat grill to medium
Grill chicken until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
