If you liked my Chicken Rotele Recipe, then you're going to love Chicken Spaghetti. Why? Because it's easier, silly :) Enjoy...
2 cups cooked chicken
3 cups dry spaghetti (broken into 2 inch pieces)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1 4oz jar diced pimentos, drained
2 cups chicken broth
1/8 to 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Cook spaghetti until al dente (do not overcook). Drain.
Combine spaghetti with remaining ingredients except the additional 1 c sharp cheddar
Place mixture in casserole pan and top with remaining cheddar cheese
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes! If cheese starts to brown more than you want --cover with foil.
Tip: Add a few canned or fresh mushrooms to the mix
Tip: Add rotele tomatoes to the mix
Tip: Add frozen peas to the mix
Tip: Cover and freeze BEFORE you bake. Save it for a lazy day meal :)
