Crockpot Pulled Pork...

3 - 4lb. pork loin
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
1/2 cup root beer pop (ah...the secret ingredient!)
Garlic, salt, and pepper to taste

Trim outside layer of fat from pork- then place loin in crock pot
Sprinkle/rub with garlic (fresh, minced, or dehydrated...) salt, pepper
Pour bottle of barbecue sauce over pork
Pour root beer over pork
Cook on High 6-8 hours or Low 8 - 10 hours
Shred and pull apart pork -then stir and serve on buns

Tip:   In a hurry? Cut pork in large chunks before putting it in the crockpot. It will be done before you know it!

Tip:   Be creative: Change up your pop selection. Pepsi, Coke, any pop w Lime etc. They all go well with this recipe, but Root Beer is our favorite. Feel free to increase amounts of pop, just don't get crazy :)

Tip:   This recipe freezes very well, so don't be afraid to cook more than you need!
