1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 TBSP butter
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Chicken Broth
1 medium onion, diced
1 can peas (optional)
4 Large Flaky Refrigerator Biscuits (1/2 can)
Black pepper to taste
Place thawed chicken in crock pot.
Add butter, cream of chicken soup, pepper, broth and onions
Cook on high 4-6 hours (or low for 8 hours)
After chicken is cooked, cut each biscuit into quarters, and then quarter them again
Remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to crock pot and stir.
Add peas and stir again
Top with biscuits and continue to cook 30 mins to an hour longer (until the biscuits are done)
