To Die For Crock Pot Beef Roast...

1 (3-4 lb) boneless chuck roast or sirloin tip
1 (1 ¼ ounce) package brown gravy mix; dry
1/2 of (1 ¼ ounce) package Good Seasons Cheese Garlic dressing mix (when ANY recipe requires a dry Italian dressing mix, I only use Good Seasons Cheese Garlic. It's a fav around here)
1 (1 ¼ ounce) package ranch dressing mix; dry
3/4 cup water


Place beef roast in crock pot.
Poke a few small holes (or a few small slits) on top of roast
Combine dry mixes in a bowl and use as a rub ON the roast an IN the poked holes (or slits)
Pour the water around the roast.
Cook on low for 7-9 hours.

Tip: For an all-in-one meal, add chunks of potatoes, carrots, celery and onions to the crock pot
Tip: Save remaining 1/2 dry packet of Good Seasons for the next time you make this roast :)
Tip: If you do add veggies in the crock pot, feel free to add more water
