Scalloped Corn...

Melt one stick margarine in baking dish to grease.  (I use 2 1/2 qt baking dish)
Set aside remaining margarine.

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
1 egg slightly beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream (8 oz)

Combine all ingredients with the reserved margarine and stir.  (you'll need a pretty large spoon)

Bake @ 350 for approx one hour -- it should be light brown on top.
