Perhaps the best recipe in the world for finger licking good ribs on the grill
2 lbs. babyback ribs
Dehydrated Garlic if you have it, if not use garlic powder
Pepper --as desired
Favorite barbeque sauce
Lots of napkins
Cut ribs so you have approx 3-4 ribs per rack
Sprinkle pepper to your liking over ribs
Generously sprinkle dehydrated garlic over ribs - don't be shy with the garlic --it's what makes the pork so delicious
Cover with foil and bake @ 325 for approx 2.5 hours until tender
Remove from oven and let cool a bit
Place ribs in container with a lid and pour your favorite barbeque sauce over them. Shake until the ribs are covered with the sauce
Preheat your outdoor grill on high and then grill the ribs until the barbeque sauce sizzles. It won't take long because they should be pretty much cooked before you put them on the grill.
Don't forget the napkins :)
Ok, looked up the babyback recipe, however, the key is in the sauce, SO.... WHICH SAUCE? My favorite isn't the key, it's needing to know which is the one YOU like and think will make these better than mine so I may try them!!

Hehehehe. Well, if you must know, and since you asked so nicely ;) ...we are hooked on Uncle Ralphs Mild or Hot Bar-B-Que Gourmet Sauce. Best sauce E-V-E-R! They used to sell Uncle Ralphs at Wegmans, but for some reason, they don't carry it anymore. I have 2 bottles left, and you can have one -however, I know you'll be bummed once it's gone. If you have a good home-made recipe, share it, ok?

They have their own web site and sell online! But, I'll see if I can't get somebody we know to whip up some kraut & pork, drop it off with the recipe and try one of your bottles! http://www.ralphsribs.com/default.htm

Although the bottle is the same shape, the "online seller" from ralphsribs.com is not "my" Uncle Ralph's sauce. The Uncle Ralph's we are addicted to was made and distributed from Rochester, NY. I am going to keep looking, but I think the real Uncle Ralph (aka our Uncle Ralphie) must have sold his recipe to a restaurant or something -it's the only thing I can figure.
In the meantime, I have a bottle that I will give you, and I bet-cha until you use it, my ribs are better than your ribs ...nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah! Ha. If not, I will rename you to "Uncle NotRandy" with the awesome rib sauce :)
